Biography
Dr. Claude F. Turner is a professor with the Department of Computer Science. He is a graduate of The Graduate Center of the City University of New York, where he earned his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Turner served as the Department of Computer Science chair at Norfolk State University from July 2018 through June 2021. He has taught in the computer science discipline for over 25 years, published peer-reviewed journal and conference papers, and has won external funding in his research areas.
