Purpose: The Customer Service Satisfaction Team was created in December 2013 to respond to the 2012 Strategic Plan Objective 2.1.5 – Increase university-wide customer satisfaction by 10% by December 2018.
Membership/Subcommittee: The Team consists of individuals from Student Affairs, Athletics, Finance, Human Resources, Enrollment Management, Information Technology, Institutional Research, University Advancement, Faculty, and the Office of the President. The members have volunteered to work on following subcommittees: Student Satisfaction; Internal Customers; Other External Customers; Best Practices/Action Plans.
