BE ON TIME TO CLASS!
The door to aerobics classes closes 5 min after class starts to allow proper warm up and stretching. No jeans and no open toe shoes, which is enforced at all times.

Cycling – An indoor cycling class that consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals! This class is great for beginner to advanced participants - because participants set their own resistance levels. Space is limited so be early!
Zumba - Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba reaches max capacity in our facility very often so be on time!
Body Sculpt – This class consists of classic hi/lo floor aerobics that are easy to learn but will push your physical and cardio skills to the maximum level. Designed to burn body fat, break through fitness plateaus, and increase your overall aerobic capacity. You'll push your cardiovascular limits… come experience the energy!
Bag work – The heavy bag, double end bag and speed bag will be set up during these hours, for “on your own” practice. All users must have at least 4 oz. minimum gloves to use the heavy bag, and at least hand wraps for the speed bag and double end bag. Gloves are not provided.
Strength and Tone - A fitness class that uses weights, bands, medicine balls and one’s own body weight to strengthen and tone muscles.
Absoglutely – One hour of abs, oblique’s, glutes, and total core strengthening.
Turbokick – You will kick and punch the calories away in this action packed cardiovascular workout.
20/20- A cardiovascular workout and some strength training all in one. 10 minute warm up, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of cardio, then a 10 minute cool down.
Pilates - A core conditioning class aimed to increase flexibility, improve posture and balance by strengthening the abdominal and low back area.
