The door to aerobics classes closes 5 min after class starts to allow proper warm up and stretching.
No JEANS and No OPEN-TOE SHOES, which is enforced at all times.
No classes will be held on:
- Labor Day (Sept. 25)
- Fall Break (Oct. 10- Oct. 11)
- Reading Day (Nov. 23)
- Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 24- Nov. 27)
- Winter Break (Dec. 2- Jan. 7)

Cycling – An indoor cycling class that consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals! This class is great for beginner to advanced participants - because participants set their own resistance levels. Space is limited so be early!
Zumba - Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba reaches max capacity in our facility very often so be on time!
