Housing & Residence Life hosts several groups during official University breaks. These groups include but are not limited to: students participating in University-sponsored programs, students who volunteer or are employed by a University department, or groups who are using NSU to hosts events which require attendees to stay overnight.
In an effort to provide a high level of service and adequate time for arrangements, the procedures for group/conference housing have been developed to ensure interested parties are aware of the procedures for housing before the inclusion and dissemination of information to their groups.
How to Submit Requests
Interested parties should submit a Group/Conference Housing Request to initiate the process of securing on-campus housing. This form is only a request. An official Group/Conference Housing Agreement will be drawn upon approval of the request.
*Spartan Suites is only available for current and new tenants. The cost of living in the facility is year round. A request for students living in that facility is still required as the staff must be able to prepare and welcome any new arrivals prior to official hall openings.
The following schedule should be adhered when requesting Group/Conference Housing. Dates are listed in an academic calendar format. Requests submitted after the deadline may be subject to automatic rejection. All requests should be submitted no later COB (5:00pm) on the deadline listed below.
