Earl Bynum is a motivational speaker, event host, author, workshop clinician, music producer, and CEO of Lrae Entertainment. His songwriting skills, vocal arranging creativity and gospel music artistry has elevated him as one of the most recognized leaders in music and ministry.

While attending Norfolk State University, Bynum made history as the first freshman to lead the gospel choir. Today, he serves as the Executive Director of Music for The Mount Global Fellowship of Churches, one church with eight campuses.

Bynum and The Mount Unity Choir took home a Stellar Gospel Music Award for Contemporary Choir of the Year for their debut CD/DVD Bishop K.W. Brown Presents Earl Bynum and The Mount Unity Choir Live. The album debuted on Billboard Current Top 40 Gospel Albums Chart at #8 and boasted a Top 30 Gospel Radio single.

The National Board of the Gospel Music Workshop of America has named Earl Bynum the National Chair of the Alliance of Gospel Music Professionals, recognizing his leadership and influence in gospel music.
