The Praxis Lab was created to enhance the basic reading, writing, and mathematic skills of Norfolk State University Teacher Education students to successfully pass the VCLA, Core Academic Skills for Educators tests using Learning Express and Plato software programs.

New Praxis Lab Procedures: All students must complete the Praxis Prep Student Data Form to gain access to Plato-Praxis Core-VCLA-Praxis II testing software. Complete and email the form to the professor of the course with the Praxis Lab testing requirement. By default, students will be enrolled to take the Plato Praxis Core Skills (Reading, Writing, and Math), VCLA, and Plato Praxis II tests.
