Dr. George Hsieh at NSU was invited to attend and participate in the meeting held November 2-3, 2015 in Arlington, VA. This meeting was jointly organized by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Department of Defense to discuss requirements for a new cyber learning environment for the Commonwealth that can be used to support learning by public and private sectors.
