About the Spartan Star Award

The award is given as immediate recognition for exemplary customer service performance or an event that resulted in a positive impact or benefit to an internal or external client and a positive reflection on the institution.

Employees are nominated for the Spartan Star award by internal or external clients. The nomination is done by submitting this online form. This form will be submitted to the nominee's Vice President, Provost or Department Head and the Customer Service Committee Chairperson.
