NSU Website Editing 101 -
What to
Send

ONLY the Content Manager and / or Content Editor may submit
edits to a website 1 |

Photos - can be sent from the Content Manager ONLY, accompanied
by a photo release form. 2 |

|
Newsletters, brochures, etc.. can be sent in any file
format, however will be placed online as a .pdf |
|

|
PowerPoint files may be sent and will be placed 'as is'. |

|
NSU Policies can only be sent by the Office of the President for
posting. |

An email with attachments is the preferred method, unless the
data is of a large file size (place on a disc) |

1 Edits consist of documents or other supporting files
[only online items with an .html extension are editable by the NSU Webmaster.
Departments are required to edit their own .docs, .ppt, newsletters, etc...
