5		Student Organization Websites require special permission that are outlined in this form.    Student Organization Content Management Request

1  A website is one that has a unique URL - http://www.nsu.edu/websitename would be a unique website and therefore require a Content Manager, even if this website is a subset of a departments website.

2  The assigned Content Manager or Department Head may sign the Content Editor Assignment Request form
