 Deployment or Mobilization

Deployment or Mobilization of Currently Enrolled Students

All active duty military students who are unable to complete course requirements due to change of military duties, work schedule, or deployment to a duty assignment may be administratively withdrawn from current semester courses. Students are required to furnish a copy of their military orders to the Office of the Registrar. Additionally, students are required to notify the University Veterans Affairs Office of any enrollment changes including withdrawals, resignations, increase or reduction in enrollment.

The University is required to promptly report any change in enrollment or receipt of a non-punitive grade that affects the receipt of VA educational benefits.
