• Oversees day-to-day development operations and advancement services functions, including gift processing and acknowledgements, matching gifts research and data integrity, and best uses of technology.

• Generates lists for direct mail, phonathon and other mailings as requested across the University.

• Trains and provides continual education for the Office of Development and other relevant staff about proper use of Raiser's Edge.
