Curriculum Requirements

Tourism and Hospitality Management is a multidisciplinary B.S. degree program, in which students are prepared to apply sound business principles to a specific industry. The program requires course work from various departments within the School of Business, as well as from other areas within the University.

All students must first complete the general education and pre-professional requirements. This is followed by advanced courses in the nature and functioning of the tourism and hospitality industry as well as courses dealing with the unique management, marketing, legal, financial and human resources aspects of the industry. Finally, students must fulfill all professional core requirements.
