Curriculum Requirements
Tourism and Hospitality Management is a multidisciplinary B.S. degree
program, in which students are prepared to apply sound business principles to a
specific industry. The program requires course work from various departments
within the School of
Business, as well as from other areas within the
University.
All students must first complete the general education and pre-professional
requirements. This is followed by advanced courses in the nature and functioning
of the tourism and hospitality industry as well as courses dealing with the
unique management, marketing, legal, financial and human resources aspects of
the industry. Finally, students must fulfill all professional core requirements.
