Technology Systems Support Team (TSST)
Mission Statement
To identify and address the integration of
functions which will positively impact university-wide computing
systems at Norfolk State University.
Norfolk State University's Technology Systems Support Team,
a sub-committee of the Technology Advisory Group (TAG), reviews matters related to IT operational
and support issues and recommends policies to be considered by the
executive cabinet. The group is comprised of faculty, staff, and administrators who
represent the campus' major technology providers and users. TSST's
charge includes a review of current practices, technology training
and resources, and the organization and delivery of services.
