Chemistry Games Day and ODU Open House, co-sponsored with ODU/ACS Student Affiliates, for students and teachers held at Old Dominion University in the spring.

A $1000 Student Scholarship to one local high school senior pursuing further education in a major involving chemistry.

Five newsletters which are sent to all dues-paying members throughout the academic year. Only the September Newsletter is sent to as many High School chemistry teachers as we can reach.

Promotion of the science of chemistry to the general public through demonstration shows and presentations at museums, science facilities and other institutions.

Promotion of TACT at local, state and national science conferences through exhibits and demonstration shows.

Presentation of awards and other recognition at an annual awards banquet in May.
