Intramural sports offer students and staff the opportunity to participate in various structured individual and team  activities that range from recreational to competitive. These activities are designed to meet the creative interest of the diverse university community and to help students and staff improve both fitness levels and social skills. The skills acquired in the intramural program will encourage future sports participation and healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

All events are free to students with a valid ID card, as well faculty and staff at Norfolk State University.
