In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation
Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) of 1990, if you have a disability or think
you have a disability, we ask that you please contact
the Office of Disability Services. Based on
the provisions of your documentation from a physician,
the Disability Services Coordinator will make a
determination as to whether your documentation warrants
accommodations in the living quarters. This needs
to be done six to eight weeks prior to the beginning
of class and this in no way guarantees you a room.
Accommodations will be considered when documentation
has been provided to the Disability Services Coordinator
and your registration with disability services is
in place.
Location: Lyman B. Brooks Library,
Room 240

Shepherd, Disability Services Coordinator
