Our mission is to provide, literature that stimulates
the students mind by challenging them to see beyond
what is placed in front of them. To obtain a stronger
and healthier mind, we challenge each and every student
to expand their horizon and make a difference. Reading
is for everyone…all ages, and all races!
LEGASI
Leading the Education
of GLBT and Straight Individuals!
 We,
the members of LEGASI at Norfolk State University wish
to promote a more understanding and welcoming environment
for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and straight
individuals. We provide campus-wide programs to raise
awareness, enhance acceptance of the GLBT & STRAIGHT
ALLIES, increase community visibility, and support the
general population.
Membership shall be open to all students, faculty,
staff, and alumni of Norfolk State University.
LEGASI shall not discriminate on the basis of race,
