In order to process your application and assign you a room, you
must first pay your $300 non-refundable housing deposit. Your $300
deposit and your application must be submitted by the appropriate
deadline.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments for housing deposits may be mailed directly to our office
if you are using a
personal check, money order,
or
certified bank check.
Please be sure to
write your name
and student ID number on the check
so that we can apply
it to the right account. To mail your payment, please use the address

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and process
your housing deposit. Then be sure to come back and fill out
your application!
Payments made by
credit card
or
cash
must be made directly to the Cashier’s Office. For credit card payments,
please contact the Cashier’s Office at (757) 823-8545, Monday-Friday,
8:00am-4:30pm. Please do not send cash in the mail. Students who
pay their housing deposit directly to the Cashier’s Office must
also submit a housing application to the Office of Residence Life
& Housing by the required deadline in order to be considered for
on-campus housing. Don’t forget to record your receipt number so
that you can enter it in the appropriate box on your housing application!
