Project Title: Community Resource Adoptive & Foster Family Training
 

The overall goal of the CRAFFT Program is to increase the knowledge and skills of resource, adoptive, foster and kinship parents affiliated with local departments of social services through the development and delivery of standardized competency based, pre- and in-service training. CRAFFT provides the local departments of services with assistance and support in the development of their IV-E Pass-Through Application. This funding allows local agencies to provide training that will support families in their efforts to provide safe, nurturing homes and permanency for children in out-of-home placements.
