Overview: The Division of Research and Technology at Norfolk State University is responsible for the planning, implementation, and utilization of technology for an effective and efficient discharge of the University's business. The division is also responsible for acquiring external funding support for sponsored program activities, encouraging and sustaining faculty and staff interests in these endeavors.
