NSU Hosts Campus Veterans Day Celebration

Norfolk, Va.— Norfolk State University will host a Veterans Day celebration Tuesday, Nov. 11 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on the intramural greens, which are located between the NSU Library and Rosa Alexander Hall.  The rain site will be located at Mills E. Godwin Student Center, Ballroom A. 

The program will feature the MH-60 Sikorsky Seahawk, the Navy’s newest multi-mission helicopter.   It will be land on the band practice field at approximately 11:30 a.m. The aircraft will be on display from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the crew will be available to answer questions. Other celebration highlights include static and interactive military displays, a keynote address and patriotic music.
