Free Child Care Job Training For TANF and VIEW Recipients Norfolk, Va.— Norfolk State University has openings in the child care training program for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and Virginia Initiative for Employment not Welfare (VIEW) recipients who are interested in a career in child care. The program provides free job training and education in the field of child care. Successful completion of the program requirements can lead to a rewarding career as a child care provider.
