Norfolk, Va.—Norfolk State University will host the thirteenth annual “Miss Norfolk State University Scholarship Pageant” Sunday, Oct. 22 at the L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center.  Free and open to the public, the pageant will begin at 7 p.m.

This year’s theme is “Festival: A Celebration of 65 Years.” The pageant will feature eleven contestants competing for a chance to become the University’s official student hostess and an automatic bid for the Miss Virginia Pageant.
