Student Rate (with I.D.) (includes 1 luncheon) US $50.00

Luncheon Rate ( If requesting luncheon ONLY , must register in advance and amount is per lunch )

Note: All refund requests must be received in two weeks prior to the conference. There will be a $75 service charge for refunds.
