Student Passwords
The
format S9999999 no longer works. So effective immediately all new students
will get the same password with a $ appended to the end.
i.e. -
student with student ID number 0123456 will get the password S0123456$.

I'm New to SpartanShield
I'm New to SpartanShield walks you through how to access your
SpartanShield user ID, how to reset your password, how to check your
e-mail to receive your password and how to login.

What's My Password?
The "What's my Password" lists three options to view your password hint,
reset your password when you have forgotten it, or set up a password if
you are new to SpartanShield. All three options will send your password
to you via the e-mail that is recorded in the student information
system.
Change my password
Your SpartanShield password can be changed by using the Change Password
option in SpartanShield. Your new password must meet the following criteria:

6 to 9 characters in length and include both numbers and
letters

If you do not remember your password, use the Reset
Password option found by clicking on the ‘What's my Password’ link to
have your password sent to the e-mail address recorded in the student
system.
