How do I place a work request?
Electronically submit a non-emergency work request for Maintenance and
Housekeeping at the Facilities work
request website.
Emergencies during normal business hours are placed through the Work
Management Center at (757) 823-8510. Some examples of an emergency are
overflowing plumbing fixture, lack of cooling or heating, broken windows,
major roof leaks, the only light in the room is out, power outage and office
building will not lock.

items?
The Office of Risk Management at Norfolk State
University can be reached at 757 823-9142 (fax 757 823 2050) for questions
regarding insurance coverage, and claims involving injuries or property
damage.
