The Facilities Management Department mission is to create an environment that encourages learning by providing clean, comfortable, safe and well-maintained facilities and grounds for students, faculty and staff in support of the University’s commitment to academically achieve with excellence.

Work Management Center

The NSU Work Management Center is the central point of contact for faculty, staff, and students for issues related to campus maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping issues. Any member of the NSU community may submit a work request online via the Facilities Management Request Site (TMA). This system accepts, assigns, tracks, and closes requests and sends status updates to users by e-mail. Read more...

Utilities, Building and Trades

Utilities, Buildings, and Trades is responsible for the maintenance of heating, air, and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, a locksmith services. Please submit non-emergency requests to us via the Facilities Management Request Site (TMA). Read more...

Custodial and Grounds

Our custodial and grounds teams work to provide and maintain a clean, healthy, and beautiful campus environment. We provide landscaping, horticultural service, event set-up, and litter control. Please submit non-emergency requests to us via the Facilities Management Request Site (TMA).
