Mission Statement

Capital Planning and Improvements is responsible for the development of the real property of the university.  The department directly manages a wide array of renovation and improvements for existing buildings, oversees all aspects of the construction of new facilities, and ensures that the University’s architectural and engineering standards are maintained.
