MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Facilities Management
Administrative – Accounting division is to effectively and efficiently
provide a safe and comfortable environment for our students, faculty,
staff and visitors by maintain all buildings, grounds and campus
intra-structure that meet or exceed SCHEV, State and Federal
guidelines.
GOALS
- Ensure safe and reliable equipment, systems and vehicles (cars,
buses and vans)
- Provide 100% accountability for financial operations
- Process and execute routine work orders timely
- Perform preventative maintenance timely
- Eliminate campus deferred maintenance backlog
