Dr. Mathew M. Noel


Brief Biography
 
Dr. Mathew M. Noel received his PhD from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. His specialization was in Intelligent Control and Mathematics. His PhD dissertation explores global optimization algorithms inspired my mathematical models of animal behavior. Dr. Noel received his Master’s degree from The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani- India and his Bachelor’s degree from Shanmugha College of Engineering, Thanjavur- India. He is presently serving as reviewer of papers submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation (TEC). Dr. Noel joined Norfolk State University as an Assistant Professor of Electronics Engineering in Fall 2006.
