What is EMS?

Event Management System (EMS) Virtual

Located on the NSU Website, at: http://www.nsu.edu/EMS  (link at top of NSU Website) (EMS) Virtual Browse Events will allow students, faculty, and staff to view the activities scheduled by the Office of Student Activities for the day, week, or month.

Browse: Automatically gives you the current days events for all buildings, all event types, and all organization types. You may select a particular building, event type, or organization type to customize your search. You may also select to view one week of events or choose one month and view an events calendar for scheduled events and activities.  This is NOT to be used in place of the NSU Events Calender.

Browse: Left click on the event name and this will give you a complete listing of all bookings for this event. This function will also allow you to print a copy of one or all the bookings and add booking dates to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar for future reminders.

Advanced Search:  Allows you to search for events by event types or organization types, you may also search either by date and by individual building locations.

Find Available Space: This feature will allow you to search for available spaces for future events by start date and end date and start time and end time. Available spaces shown are not guaranteed due to continuous processing of General Activity Requisition Forms (GARF).
