Colleague
Colleague (Datatel)
is Norfolk State University's student information system
that allows faculty, staff and administrators to process
student related data. Modules included in Colleague are
Academic Records, Accounts Receivable, Admissions
Management, Campus Organizations, Curriculum Management,
Faculty Information, Financial Aid, Person Demographics,
Registration and Residence Life. Additionally, Query
Builder is the reporting tool for Colleague.
Access to
Colleague may be obtained by completing and submitting the
Resource Authorization form and the Colleague Access Request
form to the Office of Information Technology - Helpdesk.
Forms are located online at
www.nsu.edu/forms under OIT Requests.
Colleague
training is ongoing and may be requested by an e-mail to
Allen Miller (admiller@nsu.edu)
of Enterprise Information Systems. The e-mail should
include session choices (first and second), the department
of which you are assigned, and a contact number. Mr. Miller
will e-mail confirmation.
