Plans
Meal Plans are created specifically to give you a better dining value when
you use a meal card instead of paying cash to eat. For your dining convenience
and flexibility, you will be able to use your SpartanCard once your meal plan
preference has been activated. Our meal plans are valid for one semester
and designed to help you save money.

Where Can I Sign Up and What Are My Payment
Options?
If you choose to pay for a meal plan with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card,
Cash, or Money Order, plans can be purchased through the Cashier’s Office. If
you choose to pay with Financial Aid Credit, meal plans can be purchased through
Student Financial Services.
What Does It Cost Me?
The Any Meal Plan offers 25-100 all-you-care-to-eat meals per semester with a
cash equivalency option. In addition to the cash equivalency option, our plans
offer an additional $25 dining dollars.

Where Can I Use My Commuter Card Plan?
All meal plans can be used at our all-you care to eat Scott/Dozier Dining
Hall and West Campus Dining Hall as well as in the Spartan Station, Chick-fil-A
and Bodega. The cash equivalency option is a convenient and flexible option
which allows you a designated cash credit toward an a la carte purchase at
Spartan Station, Chick-fil-A and Bodega.
How Do I Sign Up?
Fill out the Commuter Meal Plan application, select the commuter meal plan of
your choice and method of payment and mail or fax to Thompson Hospitality at:
(757) 823-2280.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of Commuter Meal choices. All you
need to do is settle your account at the start of the semester.
