Hours of operation:

Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Open  Saturday and Sunday, CLOSED

Discipline Policies

Patrons that disregard the Center policies and procedures will be suspended from the Center. If the patron continues to disregard the Center's policies, membership will be revoked. Parents will be notified of any situation that arises at the Center which is in violation of the policies.

Registration Procedures

Potential members are requested to complete registration information. This information is used for statistical data and for possible emergency contact and organization of services provided by Center.

Membership Fees (Fees are subject to change)

Membership fee for adults is $25.00 annually, senior citizens, children and adolescents is $20.00 annually. Lost card replacement fee is $5.00 (non refundable).

Rental Policy

Rooms may be rented at the Center during normal operating hours based on availability. Room rental rates vary according to purpose and use. Rates are subject to change. Please contact Auxiliary Services at (757) 823-8085.

Inclement Weather Policy/ Natural Disaster

In the event of inclement weather, the Center will follow NSU's schedule. An announcement will be communicated on local television stations:

WTKR/ Channel 3
WAVY/ Channel 10
WVEC/ Channel 13

Center Policies

Policies apply to both the Brambleton Community Outreach Center & surrounding premises.

• Members are required to present Membership Cards when using the facility or participating in programs.
• The use, possession, or distribution of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is prohibited.
• Loitering, disruptive behavior (including horseplay, profanity, vulgar, sexual or ethnically degrading language or behavior)
• OR disrespectful, threatening, or illegal actions are prohibited.
•  Weapons and dangerous toys are prohibited.
• Animals, skateboards, roller blades, and bicycles are not allowed in the Center.
• Radios, tape players and compact disc players are only allowed in the Center if they are used with phones.
• The Center is a smoke-free environment; at no time will smoking be allowed in our facility.
• The consumption of food items and beverages is permitted only in designated areas.
• Proper footwear, shirts and appropriate dry clothing is required in all public areas.
• Members are required to pick-up after themselves after using the appropriate shower stalls and locker rooms.
• The Center is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
• Only approved printed materials may be posted on Center property. Contact the staff at front desk for approval.
•  For their own safety, the youth are to remain in supervised program areas.
• For security purposes, access to the Center may only take place through the main center entrance. Any other doors are for emergency exiting only.

Anyone failing to comply with these policies will be subject to possible disciplinary action which may include the revocation of all privileges provided to the member.
