This page is for assisting NSU Faculty and Staff with using the new copiers located throughout the campus.

Problems Using SpartanCard with Copying

• If you are having problems using your SpartanCard to make copies, click here. 

Problems Printing to the Copier in Your Location

• If you are having problems printing to the copier in your location, contact the Point of Contact (POC) for your copier.  The list of copiers and POCs for the copiers can be found here. 

Copier Hardware Problems?    (POC only)

• If you are POC for a copier in your area and need assistance with a hardware problem with a copier, you can contact ESI at 757-497-8088.

Note:  Make sure you have the copier ID number when contacting ESI. This number can be found on the front of the copier on the ESI tag or can be found in the NSU Copier Locations  & Contact Listings document found here.
