TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONFERENCE
at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia
 The conference will bring together more than 200 representatives from the HBCU
community, federal, and private sectors. A key focus of the conference will be to
provide attendees with an opportunity to interact with federal agency representatives
and to learn about proposal development, grants and contracts, fellowships,
internships, and other initiatives of interest. All workshops will be held on NSU's campus.
