Verification
Monthly Attendance Verification (required for Chapter 30 and
Chapter 1606 only): Chapter 30 veterans must verify their monthly enrollment
before the next GI bill payment will be issued.
Students can verify their attendance the last working day of the month by
calling the following toll-free number and following the instructions:
1-(877) 823-2378, or verification can be submitted through the VA
website:
www.gibill.va.gov . Follow the link to “W.A.V.E.” (Web Automated
Verification of Enrollment).
The verification is complete when the system indicates that the student is
certified. The toll-free number to verify enrollment is (877) 823-2378. No
certification or verification of attendance or pursuit is required prior to
release of payments for Chapters 32, 35 and 1607. Payments are released the
first of the month following the month for which payment is due.
