The Reclamation project is designed to
facilitate the continuing education and subsequent
graduation of Norfolk State University students who have
left the institution prior to earning their degree.
The project was designed to take full advantage of technology while maintaining academic integrity
and the intellectual rigor of Norfolk State University.

What is The Reclamation Project?
The Reclamation Project is designed to

What are the eligibility requirements for the
program?

Former Norfolk State University
student
-
Twenty-four (24) years of age or
older
-
No enrollment in NSU classes for a
time span of five (5) years
How do I apply?
To apply, contact The Reclamation
Office at The Virginia Beach Higher Education Center at
(757) 368-4150 or go online to
reclamationproject@nsu.edu and
request an application packet.
What is the difference in being readmitting
as a Reclamation Project student as opposed to regular
readmission?
What degree programs may I pursue?
You may pursue any undergraduate degree
program available at the university.
What if I move or live outside of the
Tidewater area?
The Reclamation Project can still
assist you in completing your degree. Modalities are as
follows:
