What is EMS?

The Event Management System (EMS) Virtual is located on the NSU Website at: http://www.nsu.edu/EMS  (EMS) Virtual allows students, faculty, and staff to view the activities scheduled by the Office of Student Activities by day, week, or month.

Browse

Automatically gives you the current day's events for all buildings, all event types, and all organization types. You may select a particular building, event type, or organization type to customize your search. You may also select to view one week of events or choose one month and view an events calendar for scheduled events and activities. This calendar does NOT replace  the NSU Events Calendar.

Left click on the event name and this will give you a complete listing of all bookings for this event. This function will also allow you to print a copy of one or all the bookings and add booking dates to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar for future reminders.

Advanced Search

Allows you to search for events by event  or organization type. You may also search by date or individual building location.

Find Available Space

This feature allows you to search for available spaces for future events by start/end date and start/end time. Available spaces shown cannot be guaranteed due to continuous processing of General Activity Requisition Forms (GARFs).
