4th
president of Norfolk State University. The next
president will lead the University in its mission to provide
an affordable, high-quality education for an ethnically and
culturally diverse population, equipping them with the
capability to become productive citizens who continuously
contribute to a global and rapidly changing society. The

*Note: The location of the news conference has been
changed from Scott-Dozier Dining Hall to Spartan Suites.
Parking will be available in the Norfolk Community Hospital
Parking Lot.
