Career Fairs are major campus events with a broad representation of companies in attendance. These events enable you to personally meet and interact with recruiters from the organizations/companies that participate. In the broadest sense, Career Fairs enable you to build your network of employment contacts. Check out “How to Prepare for Career Fair” for tips on making the most of these events.

These are events are great resources and wonderful opportunities to find jobs and internships for any time of the year. You are encouraged to dress professionally and bring several copies of your resume.

ATTENTION…

Students will NOT be admitted to the fair if they wear casual attire! Professional attire is MANDATORY!

• Regularly log into your SpartanLink account to find out about new programs, employment and internship opportunities.
• Attend the Fall and Spring Career Fairs of each year. Bring copies of your resume and dress in business attire…casual talk can turn into an interview!
• Stay connect with Career Services and ask for advice. We can help you with tough career decisions through one-on-one sessions. Just call and make an appointment!
• Keep your resume and electronic profile updated at all times! You never know when opportunities will knock on your door.
