July 10, 2015 in Arlington, VA. The purpose of the meeting was to launch a new cybersecurity initiative for developing a cyber range for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The meeting was organized by Ms. Karen Jackson (Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia), and participants included representatives from the Commonwealth, DoD, private sector, and state supported colleges and universities (with NSU represented by Dr. George Hsieh).
