Provost Search Underway: Candidates Due on Campus

In September, the University launched a national search to find a permanent provost and vice president for academic affairs. After a comprehensive and critical evaluation of the candidates’ academic profiles, four excellent candidates have been invited to campus for a two-day visit in February. The finalists will visit the campus on February 1-2, February 7-8, February 14-15 and February 22-23, respectively. University Forums will be convened at the Little Theatre, Brown Hall at noon on the first day of each candidate’s visit to give faculty, staff and students the opportunity to meet and interact with the finalists. To learn more about each candidate, the interview schedules, search process and to provide feedback, go to the search website.
